Why I Created This Course
This course came from a pattern I kept seeing again and again.
Women who are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware. Women who can handle a lot, who others rely on, who are used to figuring things out. And yet, when it comes to decisions, they find themselves stuck in loops of overthinking. Replaying conversations. Second-guessing what to say. Obsessive researching. Sitting on decisions they know they need to make.
Not because they lack insight. And not because they aren’t capable.
But because knowing how to work with what’s actually happening in their mind and nervous system in those moments requires the right support and approach.
Most of the women I work with already know a lot.
They’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, tried to think their way through it. But somehow, that knowledge is hard to use when it's needed, and they’re left feeling overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, and no closer to a clear next step.
I created this short course to bridge that gap.
This work is shaped by both my professional training and my own experience of moving through periods of anxiety and overthinking. I know what it feels like to be caught in that loop, and I also know that it can shift with the right tools.
