Why I Created This Toolkit

Most people try to manage anxiety by thinking their way through it.

They try to make sense of it, analyse it, or calm it down by understanding what’s going on. And while that can help to a point, it often doesn’t hold when the mind is busy and the body is already activated.

Because anxiety isn’t just happening in your thoughts.

It’s happening in your nervous system.

What I see, again and again, are women who are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware. Women who understand a lot about themselves, and who are doing their best to manage stress, pressure, and the pace of daily life.

And yet, there’s often a sense of being on edge. A mind that doesn’t easily settle. A system that feels activated, even when there is no clear reason why.

Not because they aren't self-aware.

But because knowing how to work with what’s happening in the moment, when your body is heightened and your mind is busy, is something most people have never been shown how to do.

Most of the women I work with have already read, listened, and learned a lot about anxiety. But when it matters, that knowledge can be hard to access, and they’re left trying to push through or think their way out of it.

I created this toolkit to change that.

To bring together simple, practical, therapy-informed tools you can actually use. Tools that help you understand what’s happening, work with your body’s response, and gently guide your system back toward balance.

This work is shaped by both my professional training and my own experience. I understand how persistent anxiety can feel, and I also know that it can change when you have the right support.
